What's the difference between an IEP and a 504 Plan?
An IEP provides specialized instruction and related services for a child who qualifies for special education. A 504 Plan provides accommodations that help a child access the general education classroom without changing what's being taught. If you're not sure which one fits your child, that's exactly what a consult is for.
Do you accept insurance?
IEP advocacy and consultation is private pay only and is not covered by insurance. Payment plans and a limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available depending on the service and current availability. If cost is a concern, please mention it during your discovery call so we can discuss available options.
Do you offer virtual or in-person support?
Most support happens virtually, which keeps things flexible for busy families. Limited in-person support is also available in Ventura County and surrounding areas, depending on what you need.
What happens during our first meeting?
It's a relaxed, complimentary 15-minute conversation about where things stand for your child and what kind of support would help most. No paperwork required going in — just come as you are.
Will you work directly with my child's school and other providers?
